摘要 药物洗脱支架应用于临床后,支架血栓问题引起广泛关注。支架血栓发生机制复杂,临床多表现为严重的心血管事件,积极防治支架血栓的发生是药物洗脱支架临床应用安全性的重大任务。现对支架血栓发生机制及防治措施等进行探讨。 Drug-eluting stents are widely used during percutaneous coronary intervention, making stent thrombosis issues a focal point. Stent thrombosis presents mostly with adverse cardiovascular events, and has a high rate of death and myocardial infarction. The mechanism of stent thrombosis is complicated, and the prevention of stent thrombosis after a drug-eluting stent is implanted is critical. The author will discuss the problems mentioned above in detail.
