摘要
尽管冠心病的治疗取得了巨大进展,仍有很大一部分病人因为严重的冠状动脉病变而不能完全性血运重建。基因治疗和细胞治疗等用于促进心肌血管再生和冠脉侧支循环的建立,可能为这部分患者带来新的希望。而基因治疗和细胞治疗可以通过不同的途径实现,动物实验和临床研究显示各种途径的疗效可能有一定差异。现就心脏再生治疗的各种途径的特点及各种途径的疗效差异做一综述。
Despite recent improvements in the treatments of coronary artery disease, there are a considerable number of patients who cannot receive complete revascularization because of severe arterial disease. Gene therapy and cell-based therapy have been applied to myocardiovascular regeneration and the establishment of coronary artery collateral circulation. Gene therapy and cell-based therapy can be carried out through different routes, many of which have been tested in animals. This article reviews the characteristics of various routes in heart regeneration therapy, and the difference in the therapeutic effects of the various routes.
