摘要心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)是一种高敏感性、高特异性的心肌标志物,已广泛应用于急性心肌梗死的诊断、病情判断和预后评估等临床实践。但cTnI的检测受到非特异性抗原-抗体反应、标本类型及抗体检测的抗原形式等多因素的影响。 Cardiac troponin Ⅰ （ cTnⅠ ） is a sensitive, specific marker of myocardial damage, which is extensively used in the diagnosis and assessment of acute myocardial infarction. Its usefulness can be limited by false positive or negative results caused by potential interferences in the patient＇s blood, specimen type, identification of antibody/epitope recognition sites, or other factors.
