Electrocardiogram for Estimating Myocardial Infarct Size

摘要 急性心肌梗死是严重威胁人类健康的重要疾病。心肌梗死面积越大,预后越差。梗死面积对于预测心功能、评估治疗方法具有重要意义。现对心电图评估心肌梗死面积的各种方法作一综述。 There is a close relationship between the size of myocardial infarction and the prognosis. It is important to estimate the size of a myocardial infarction to predict patient prognosis, to determine the ability of a therapy to limit its size, and to evaluate its effect on left ventricular function. The purpose of this article is to review, and describe various electrocardiographic scoring codes for estimating myocardial infarct size.
