摘要
多层螺旋CT已迅速发展成为心脏无创检查的重要方法之一。已有研究证实其在定量冠状动脉钙化负荷、评价冠状动脉粥样斑块形态和组成等方面的应用。现综述多层螺旋CT心肌灌注显像和心肌延迟增强评估心功能、心室壁运动和心肌活性等功能方面的研究进展。
Multi-slice computed tomography (MSCT) has emerged as a rapidly developing method for non-invasive imaging of the heart. While quantification of total calcified plaque burden has been long established, coronary MSCT allows for the assessment of plaque morphology and constitution. This review provides an assessment of MSCT in myocardial function and viability, myocardial perfusion imaging, and delayed myocardial contrast.
