摘要 开发了基于工业以太网的顶板离层计算机监测系统,用于煤矿回采或掘进巷道顶板离层的在线监测。通过位移传感器监测顶板离层的位置、离层速度变化,能动态地掌握顶板运动过程,对可能发生的顶板事故提前预警。实践证明,该监测系统的各项指标达到了设计要求,其成功应用促进了煤矿的安全、高效生产,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。 A computer monitoring system for roof separation layer was developed based on industrial Ethernet and can be used for on-line monitoring of roof separation of actual mining or drivage roadway in coal mines. Using the displacement sensor to monitor the location and varying velocity of roof separation layer can dynamically master the motion process of roof and give an advance warning to possible roof accidents. The practice proved that the monitoring system achieved the target of the design requirements, and its successful application improved safe production of coal mines and gained remarkable economic and social benefits.
