本文试图借助于行为金融学基本理论,从理论逻辑的角度,对我国农村政策性金融功能弱化的深层次原因及其相应的一系列基本理论与实践问题进行多层次、多角度的理论界定、剖析和探究,并归纳出若干结论性观点和政策建议。

In light of behavioral finance theory, the article theoretically analyzes deep reasons attenuation and consequent problems in China ＇s rural policy finance practice. It also takes diversified for the function perspectives to deepen the research, and ends up with several conclusions and policy proposals.
