摘要
本文首先探讨了流程银行和事业部制的概念。对于大中型银行而言,流程银行和矩阵式事业部制基本融合,难以严格区分;对于小银行而言,流程银行建设并不需要建立事业部制,重点要科学设置流程,实现差别化经营。在此基础上,文章分析了西方商业银行流程银行变迁的启示,并结合我国"部门银行"制的弊端,提出了国内银行进行流程银行改革的相关建议。
This article first discusses the concept of process-oriented bank and divisional banking structure. For large and medium-sized banks, process-oriented banking and matrix divisional structure basically become integrated, and it is difficult to strictly distinguish sional structure, and banks just need to between them; for small banks, process-oriented banking does not entail dividesign feasible processes and execute differentiated management. On this basis, the article analyzes the enlightenment drawn from the transition of process-oriented banking in western countries, and puts forward recommendations for domestic banks to carry out the process-oriented banking reform
