无压熔渗法制备TiC/Ni_3Al复合材料及其微观组织和性能 被引量:4

摘要 采用无压熔渗法制备了TiC/Ni3Al复合材料,研究了渗透时间及温度对TiC/Ni3Al复合材料的微观组织、硬度、断裂韧性以及其力学性能的影响,采用XRD、SEM/DES分析了复合材料的相组成、微观结构。结果表明:无压熔渗法是制备致密的TiC/Ni3Al复合材料的有效方法,适当提高渗透温度,可大大缩短渗透时间。在完成渗透获得致密组织的前提下,渗透温度和渗透时间对TiC/Ni3Al复合材料的硬度及断裂韧性无显著影响。Ni3Al相和TiC颗粒结合良好,是渗透后复合物的仅有组成相。 Pressureless melting infiltration process was used for preparing TiC/Ni3Al composite. The effects of the infiltration temperature and time on the microstructure, hardness, fracture toughness and mechanical properties of the composite were studied, the phase identification and the microstructure of the composite were analyzed using XRD and SEM/EDS. The results show that pressureless melting infiltration is an effective method to fabricate dense TiC/Ni3AI composite. The infiltration time can greatly decrease when the infiltration temperature suitably increases. Obvious effects of the infiltration temperature and time on the hardness and the fracture toughness of the composite aren't found. Ni3A1 and TiC are well bonded, and they are the only two phases in the composite after infiltration.
