摘要 采用正交实验的方法,在Gleeble-1500热/力模拟机上进行DP600钢热变形后冷却工艺的优化研究。结果表明,热变形后控制层冷入水温度及层冷快速冷却的速度对最终组织的组成影响较大。在分析实验数据的基础上,提出了DP600钢轧后最佳冷却工艺为:800℃终轧后以2℃/s空冷至720℃进入层流冷却,再以50℃/s快冷至400℃卷取。 The optimization of cooling process for DP600 steel after hot-deformation was studied by orthogonal test on hot simulation experiment machine (Gleeble-1500). The results show that both the beginning temperature of laminar cooling and the rapid cooling rate to control martensite transformation affect the microstructure of DP600 steel obviously. An optimized cooling process of DP600 steel is put forward based on the analysis of experimental data. The optimized cooling process is: after finishing rolled at 800 ℃, the sheets are colled to 720 ℃ in air at the rate of 2 ℃/s, and then coiled to 400℃ in water at the rate of 50 ℃/s, following the sheets are coiled.
