ZG00Cr20Ni15Mo3Mn6N低磁铸钢的力学性能研究

摘要 对研制的0.024C-19.98Cr-15.41Ni-2.50Mo-5.68Mn的铸态组织及性能进行研究。结果表明,该钢的铸态组织中有少量碳化物存在,具有良好的抗晶间腐蚀性能;该钢经1050℃×1.5h水冷固溶处理,可得到单一的奥氏体组织,并具有良好的力学性能。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of low magnetic steel 0.024C-19.98Cr-15.41Ni-2.50Mo- 5.68Mn were studied. The results show that there is carbide in the casting microstructure of low magnetic steel, and has good intergranular corrosion resistance. The developed steel has single-phase austenite structure and excellent mechanical properties after solid solution at 1150 ℃ for 1.5 h then water cooling.
