摘要 采用冲击、拉伸、硬度以及微观分析等实验方法,研究了回火温度对25Cr2Ni4MoV钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:在不同温度下回火时,回火组织均为回火索氏体+碳化物,但碳化物在基体中分布状态的不同导致了力学性能的较大差异。为使回火后材料的强度、硬度和塑韧性达到良好匹配,最佳的回火工艺应为880℃淬火后在610℃加热保温4h空冷。 The influences of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 25Cr2Ni4MoV steel were studied by impact test, tensile test, hardness test and microstructure analysis. The results show that the microstructure of the steel tempered at different temperature is tempered sorbite and carbide, which has different mechanical properties as the distribution of carbide in the matrix is different. To achieve high strength, high hardness and excellent toughness, the best technology should be heating at 610 ℃ for 4 h after quenching at 880 ℃ then air-cooling.
