外伤性胸主动脉断裂伤的诊断与治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 外伤性胸主动脉断裂伤（traumatic aortic transection，TAT）是胸部钝性外伤导致死亡的主要原因之一，发生率占胸部钝性外伤的13％～20％，死亡率高达90％。美国每年有7500～8000人死于TAT，约85％的患者当场死亡，仅有10％～15％的患者入院时仍存活，而住院期间又有30％患者死亡，其中1／3手术前死亡。因此，寻找快速诊断和及时有效的治疗方法，
