摘要 利用有限元分析软件ProCAST对铝合金薄壁壳体件的浇注过程进行了数值模拟,获得了铸件充型的临界充型时间,为成形该类零件提供了参考,并在生产应用中获得了很好的效果。 The numerical simulation of casting process for the thin-walled shell part of aluminum alloy was made by the finite element analysis software ProCAST. The critical filling-time was determined, which provided reliable references for the process design of similar parts. A good effect was obtained in production.
