不同焊接参数下GMAW电弧光谱信号的研究

摘要 利用自制双通道传感器,将选定谱段的电弧光辐射信号转化为电压信号,再用研华PCI-1716采集卡对GMAW不同参数(电流、电压)下的电压信号进行采集并输入到计算机,经过自主开发的软件画出电压-时间曲线,研究不同焊接参数下焊接电弧特征光谱信号的变化规律。结果表明,不同的焊接参数对应不同的焊接电弧光辐射分布,熔滴过渡频率和过渡方式在电弧光辐射曲线图上均有所表示,对比不同参数下的焊接电弧特征光谱信号得到电弧光辐射随着焊接参数变化的规律与理论分析基本吻合。 The arc radiation of optional spectral coverage was transfered to voltage signal by dual channel home-made sensor. The voltage in GMAW welding process was collected under different welding parameters (current, voltage) by collector PCI-1716 and imported to computer, the voltage-time curve was described. The regularity of welding arc spectrum under different welding parameters was researched. The results show that different welding process in correspondence with different welding arc spectrum, transition mode and frequency can be reflected on spectrogram. Variation regularity of the spectrogram under different welding parameters corresponds with theory analysis.
