摘要
以热电耦合分析为基础,建立了描述铝合金介质点焊熔核形成过程的有限元模型。分析了介质点焊过程中的产热原理及形核特点,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行比较表明,在工件之间加入介质材料后,在较低焊接电流条件下,可以得到比较饱满的熔核,验证了所建立模型的正确性。
Based on the analysis of coupling between heat and electricity, a finite element model was set up, which described the process of nucleation mechanism of aluminum alloy resistance spot welding with dielectric. Analyzing the characters of nucleation and principle of heat generating, the results were compared with the experimental results. The results show that after adding the dielectric, a good nucleator can be got under low current. The validity of the finite element model is demonstrated.
