摘要
钕-铁-硼磁体被称为第三代稀土永磁材料,烧结钕-铁-硼磁体是目前综合磁性能最高的永磁材料。介绍了烧结钕-铁-硼磁体的研究现状、应用领域,阐述了烧结钕-铁-硼磁体的有关理论及先进生产工艺的特点,重点分析了低氧湿压、片铸、放电等离子烧结等工艺的特点,指出了目前国内烧结钕-铁-硼磁体存在的主要问题及今后的研究方向。
As the third generation of rare earth permanent magnet material, the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets possess the best integrated magnetic properties by now. Research status and application fields of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets were reviewed. Related theories about Nd-Fe-B permanent alloy and advanced production technologies of the sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets were introduced, and the technical characteristics of HILOP(Hitach low oxygen process), SC(strip casting), SPS(spark plasma sintering) etc were emphasized. The present existing problems and future research interests in our country were pointed out.
