摘要
通过使用高精度分光光度仪测量微孔发泡聚丙烯材料表面可见光的反射率来定量表征发泡材料内部的泡孔尺寸及分散状态,得到了发泡材料泡孔尺寸与反射率之间的关系。结果表明:微孔发泡聚丙烯表面光的反射率能够反映材料的发泡情况,反射率越大泡孔越小,反之则泡孔越大;通过最佳平方逼近建立起泡孔直径y与反射率x的函数关系:y=-12.7728x+798.5537。
Spectrophotometer was used to measure the visible light reflectivity on the surface of foaming polypropylene material to quantitatively characterize the cell dimension and dispersing state of the foaming material. The relationship between the cell dimension and visible light reflectivity was discussed. The visible light reflectivity of the surface of polypropylene foaming material reflect foaming instance. When the reflectivity is greater, the cell is smaller, and the reverse is true. Through best square approximation the relationship between cell diameter y and reflectivity x was established as following: y=-12. 772 8 x+798. 553 7.
