在分析我国民营企业档案工作现状的基础上,提出了推进民营企业档案工作全面、健康发展的对策:一是开展心理引导,激发建档热情。二是勇于开拓创新,实现多元服务。三是坚持依法治档,注重监管方式。四是拓展管理范围,推行多元模式。

we put forward countermeasures to promote comprehensive and fine development of archives management work in private enterprises based on analyzing actuality of archives management work in private enterprises.Firstly,developing mind instruction to inspire their passion in filing; secondly,make innovation to provide diversification service ; thirdly,regulating archives according to laws and pay attention to supervision manner;lastly, developing management scale and carrying out multi-mode.
