艾滋病合并巨细胞病毒感染7例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 CMV感染是AIDS的常见机会性感染，若不早期诊断、及时治疗，可因视网膜炎导致失明。本研究总结报道AIDS合并CMV感染7例患者的临床表现及治疗转归。
