结合"学习型组织"理念的基本特点,探讨了其在图书馆管理中的运用,从几个方面论述了学习型图书馆管理理念在图书馆管理中的实施。
Connecting with the basic features of the concept of the learning-type organization, this paper probes into the application of the learning-type organization in the management of the library, and from several aspects, discusses the implementation of the management concept of the learning-type organization in the management of the library.
