Probe into the Design of the Competence Model for University Teachers

采取问卷调查法和统计方法,对高校教师的胜任力因素进行了研究,并在此基础上构建出能对高校教师胜任力进行量化分析的模型,为高校教师管理工作的科学化、规范化提供了理论与实践依据。

By means of questionnaire method and statistical method, this paper studies all factors of the competence of university teachers, and based on this, designs a model for making the quantitative analysis on the competency of university teachers, which provides the theoretical and practical basis for the scientific and standard management of university teachers.
