The construction of harmonious must take the strengthening of the ideological and political education as the prerequisite. This paper explains how to strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities from four aspects of expanding the positions of the ideological and political education, enriching the contents of the ideological and political education, perfecting the main bodies of the ideological and political education, and innovating the forms of the ideological and political education.
