摘要
聚合物驱油过程中一部分聚合物会随着产出水产出,产出水的合理处理不仅关系到聚合物资源再利用,而且关系到环境保护问题。该文利用大庆油田聚合物驱产出水配制聚合物溶液,对聚合物溶液的粘度损失及其影响因素进行了较为系统的研究。结果表明,用产出水配制聚合物溶液的粘度虽然会因水的高矿化度而受到影响,但注入地层后受高矿化度地层水的影响却较小,用产出水配制聚合物从经济和技术角度来看是可行的。
During polymer flooding, some polymer will be produced with produced water. The reasonable application of produced water is not only related with the re utilization of polymer but also with the problem of environment protection. Daqing oil field prepared polymer solution with produced water from polymer flooding, and systematically studied the viscosity loss of polymer and the influencing factors. The research results show that although the viscosity of the polymer prepared by produced water may be affected by the high salinity of produced water, yet when the polymer solution is injected into the formation, the viscosity is less affected. Economically and technologically, it is feasible to prepare polymer with produced water. This provides experiment basis for the decision of preparing polymer solution with produced water.
