摘要
根据孤东油田七区西Ng52+3层聚合物驱工业性矿场试验过程中注聚井因注入压力高、井底附近聚合物滤积造成注入能力下降,甚至完全注不进去的实际情况进行分析,探讨了间歇注聚的机理,开展了间歇注聚矿场试验,取得了很好的效果,并进行推广。结果,使这些井基本上都恢复并保持了正常注入。这项工艺措施,对注聚区提高整体注入能力、保持注采平衡、改善驱油效果起到很好作用。
Field test of polymer injection was conducted in Ng5 3+2 in the west part of block 7, Gudong oil field. Because of the filtration near wellbore, the injection pressure and the injectivity decreased, or even the polymer could not inject into the formation at all. Based on this situation, the mechanism of intermittent injection was discussed, and field test of intermittent injection was conducted. Good results were obtained and popularized. As a result, the oil producing was recovered and regular injection was kept. This measure played a good role in enhancing the entire injectivity, balancing injection and production and improving oil displacement effect in the whole block of polymer injection, being of reference value to polymer injection in similar status.
