摘要 该文以理论结合实践,探讨了聚合物驱注入压力的变化规律,分析了影响聚合物驱注入压力的五大因素,即聚合物水溶液本身、注采井距、注入强度、注入速度及油层条件对聚合物驱注入压力的影响。理论和实践都证明:聚合物分子量、注采井距、注入强度、注入浓度及注入速度等参数值越大,聚合物驱注入压力就越高;尤其注采井距对聚合物驱注入压力影响更明显,与注水相比,其压力升值正比于注采井距平方的数倍,而地层系数越大,则注入压力越低。文章还提出适于大庆油田聚合物驱的各参数初步推荐值:聚合物分子量不超过2000万,注入速度不超过0.2PV/a,注入浓度不超过1500mg/L和注采井距不超过400m(最好250m)。这些认识对生产实践,特别是对大庆油田今后聚合物驱大规模工业化应用具有重要指导意义。 The paper presents the injection pressure variation law of polymer flooding and analyzes five influence factors (polymer aqueous solution,producer injector spacing,injection intensity,injection rate and injection concentration) on the injection pressure by combing theory wtih practice.Both theory and practice have proved that the higher the parameters of polymer molecular weight,injector producer spacing,injection intensity,injection concentration and injection rate are,the higher the injection pressure of polymer flood.Particularly,the influence of injetor producer spacing on the injection pressure is more significant.Finally,the values of these parameters are recommended:molecular weight of polymer≤2000×10 4,injection rate≤0.2PV/a, injection concentration≤1500 mg/L and the injector producer spacing≤400m (250m is best).These knowledges are of great guiding significance to large scale commercial application of polymer flood in Daqing oilfield.
