摘要 该文通过对具有不同HLB值的三种生物表面活性剂进行对比实验,确定出鼠李糖脂为三次采油中最佳的生物表面活性剂。在此基础上根据鼠李糖脂的分子结构特征,应用反离子与之匹配的原理,经过一系列的实验,最后筛选出两个最佳的配方,即Ⅰ、Ⅱ号配方。Ⅰ号配方:鼠李糖脂与十二烷基磺酸钠浓度的比值为4000∶1;Ⅱ号配方:鼠李糖脂与转化剂和助表面活性剂浓度的比值为500∶1∶10,它们均可把油水界面张力降至2×10-2mN/m。其中,Ⅱ号配方的耐温为80℃,抗盐度为20000mg/L,且重复性好。 In this paper, comparative tests have been conducted based on three biosurfactants with different HLB values, rhamnolipid is determined as the optimal bio surfactant for tertiary oil recovery, according to the molecular structure of rhamnolipid, a series of experiments have been performed, two optimal formulas, formula Ⅰ and formula Ⅱ, were screened out based on the principle of gegnion matching with rhamnolipid. Formula Ⅰ: rhammolipid and dodecyl sodium sulfomate concentration ratio is 4000∶1; formula Ⅱ: rhamnolipid, conversion agent and cosurfactant concentration ratio is 500∶1∶10.25 Both the formulas can decrease oil water interface tension to 2 × 10 -2 mN/m, and formula Ⅱ can withstand 80℃ of temperature and 20000mg/L of salinity.
