摘要
该文研究了化学剂堵水调剖的渗流过程,完善了渗流理论,并在实践中得到应用。运用该理论研制了作数值模拟用的三维两相七组分模拟器,对胜利油田桩45-1块进行了优化设计,从6个模拟方案中优选出了一个最佳方案,预测该方案驱油至2000年,采出程度比正常水驱可提高2.6%,并降低综合含水率。现场实施资料证明,该方案在技术和经济两方面都是成功的,已取得明显增油降水效果。从而丰富和发展了二次采油及三次采油方面的渗流理论。
This paper discussed percolation process of profile control by chemical water plugging and established perfect percolation theory which is applied to practice. Optimization design for Zhuangxi 45 1 block of shengli oilfield was made by 3 dimensional,2 phase. 7 component simulator as numerical simulation use. The optimum one is selected from six simulation schemes. It is predicted by this scheme that by 2000 recovery percent of reserves will increase more 2 6% than that of normal waterflooding and composite water cut will reduce. Field data showed that this scheme is successful in technical and economical aspects, increases oil production and decreases water cut.Therefore, the percolation theory on the secondary and tertiary oil recovery is enriched and developed.
