摘要
该文指出当前我国农村建设中存在的主要问题、矛盾,提出"走有中国特色的新农村建设规划之路",以汉寿县村庄布局规划设计为实例进行说明。
This article points out the main problems existing in current construction of Chinese villages, proposes the idea of ＂constructing new countryside with Chinese characteristics＂, and illuminates it with the example of village planning in Hanshou County.
