“交互校正”的城市绿地系统规划模式研究——以陕西安康城市绿地系统规划为例

Study on the Mutual-correction Model of Urban Green Space Planning——Case of Shannxi Ankang Urban Green Space Planning

以绿地系统的综合功能有效发挥为目标,在分析比较传统的绿地系统规划模式的基础上,结合多年的工程实践,探索了一套能够应对综合要求的,多方法集成、以"交互校正"为基本手段的绿地系统规划模式。该模式由5阶段构成一个网络,形成一套规划模式,它们是:对区域生态要素、灾害、景观及分布进行辩设,将高生态价值区域、高景观价值区域、发展高风险区域,组成绿地系统的宏观"线、块"体系;为绿地综合功能的发挥以及满足城市各类人群的各种生活状态对绿地的要求,空间系统化与等级系统化校正;为协调城市发展空间与绿地空间,使各类用地尽最大可能发挥综合效应,"田园城市"模式与"形态主义"模式参与校正空间安排,形成城市与自然的和谐共生的空间关系;根据与人口或者面积相关的绿地类型、数量、服务范围、接近性、可达性、多样性等数量—空间相关指标,核定已经形成的绿化构架;考虑各阶段所关注的重点差异以及城市土地利用的整体效益问题、返回去进行多模式的协调校正,最后形成发挥综合功能的绿地系统。该模式是在安康绿地系统规划中形成,也以此为例对该模式的应用进行了进一步总结。

Aiming at the multi-functions of urban green space and basing on the analyses of traditional green space planning methods, this paper sets forth a new planning model which Js characterized by mutual-correction. This way is assembled by many approaches and can be used to cope with the comprehensive purpose of green space. The model net-works with five steps as follows. The first step is to form the majority of green space with the great ecological land, high valuable landscape and natural disaster risking area after their being accessed. The secand step is to systematize the green space body with space rules and hierarchy principles due to functional effectiveness. The third step is to harmonize the open green space to the urban construction space according to the garden oily model. The forth step is to correct the green space with the quantity and variety indicators which are stated by the relational authorized act. The last step is to circle the mentioned steps up to a peffecl green space planning with multi-functions. This paper also takes the Shannxi Ankang urban green space planning project as example to further explain the model which is matured in that project.
