摘要
一维纳米材料如纳米管、纳米棒和纳米线等由于其独特的性质及其潜在的应用前景而引起了人们广泛的关注。近几十年来,合成和表征一维纳米材料取得了很大的进步,迄今为止,已有许多合成纳米材料的方法,但是这些方法往往需要多个步骤.操作复杂,条件苛刻。
Cd(OH)2 nanorods were prepared with CdCl2·2.5H2O solution and NaOH solutions in a U-shaped cell separated by anodic-aluminum oxide(AAO) template by means of negative and positive ions electromigration. The obtained products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The morphology of the products was affected by lasting time of the electrodeposition and the concentration of CdCl2 solution. The optimal experimental condition was: potential of 2 V, the electroposition time of 60 min, the concentration of CdCl2 solution of 20 mmol·L^-1 and the NaOH solution concentration of 40 mmol·L^-1. The nanorods were 150-260 nm in diameter and up to about 3.5 μm in length. After the calcination of cadmium hydroxide nanorods at 350 ℃ in air, the cadmium oxide nanorods were obtained.
