摘要
从各地大花惠兰种植地采集的土样中共分离到细菌519株,初筛出对大花惠兰根腐病病原菌尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporium)具有拮抗活性的细菌菌株26株,经过复筛,选出1株具有较高拮抗活性的菌株ZL7-5。通过16S rDNA序列相似性分析,菌株ZL7-5与解淀粉芽孢杆菌标准菌株(NBRC15535)的16S rDNA序列相似度达100%,通过比较菌株ZL7-5和模式菌株的形态特征和生理生化特性,最终将菌株ZL7-5鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amylolique faciens)。
In order to obtain antagonistic strain which has the potential application possibility on biocontrol of root rot disease of Cymbidium hybridiurn, five hundreds and nineteen bacterial strains were isolated from the soil samples and there were twenty-six bacterial strains showed antagonistic activity to Fusariurn oxysporium. A strain with the highest antagonistic activity, ZL7-5, was obtained during the secondary screening. 16S rDNA sequences analysis of strain ZL7-5 revealed that it had 100% similarity to that of Bacillus arnyloliquefaciens NBRC 15535. After the morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics of this strain were further studied and compared with that of the type strain Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NBRC 15535, strain ZL7-5 was finally identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.
