摘要
介绍了烟台万华改性MDI产品Wannate 8617在微孔聚氨酯鞋底领域的应用研究结果,考察了密度、硬度以及增强填料对微孔聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。结果显示使用Wannate 8617制得的微孔聚氨酯弹性体在机械性能方面,尤其是耐磨性和曲挠性能方面可以满足鞋底的实际使用要求。
Research results on application of a kind of modified by using Yantai Wanhua MDI product-Wannate 8617 in microcellular polyurethane for shoe sole are introduced, The influence of density, hardness and reinforced fillers on the properties of microcellular polyurethane elastomer was studied. The experiment results show that the mechanical properties, especially abrasion resistance and flexibility of microcellular polyurethane elastomer based on Wannate 8617 can satisfy the shoe sole demands in practice usage.
