摘要
白山、丰满水库是第二松花江中上游的梯级控制性工程,对第二松花江丰满水库以下乃至松花江干流的防洪有举足轻重的作用,为更好地发挥这2座水库的防洪作用,迫切需要一个能够满足工程实际需求的防洪调度方案。本文简述了在满足水库自身防洪安全的前提下,考虑下游多级防洪安全、电站发电等复合决策目标时,防洪联合调度方案的研究思路、方法及应用实践。
Baishan reservoir and Fengman reservoir are the cascade controlling engineering on the middle and upper reaches of the Second Songhua River,which play an important role in the flood control of Fengman reservoir downstream,and even the main stream of Songhua River. To utilize the flood control function of them,flood control scheduling scheme,which can satisfy engineering actual demand,is needed urgently. The paper discusses the research thinking,method and application practice of the combined flood control scheduling scheme when considering flood control safety of downstream cascade reservoir and power generation of hydropower station and ensuring self-security of reservoir.
