流变仪在酚醛模塑料加工性能评价中的应用

摘要 采用流变仪对酚醛模塑料进行转矩试验是控制其加工性能较好的参考方法。文中介绍了酚醛模塑料的流变试验图谱以及具有重要参考价值的数据:最小扭矩和反应时间等。影响流变试验数据稳定性的因素包括温度、转子表面光滑度和磨损情况以及混炼室内表面的摩擦系数。可以采用酚醛模塑料制作参考标样评价测试数据的准确性和重现性。 The torque experiment of phenolic molding compound was conducted by using a Brabender rheometer. It was a good reference method to control the processability of the molding compound. The spectra of the rheological test of phenolic molding compound, the data had important reference value minimum torque and reaction time were introduced. The factors affected the stabilization of the theological test data included temperature, smoothness and wear of the rotor surface and friction coefficient of the mixing chamber inner surface. The accuracy and reproducibility of the test data could be evaluated by using phenolic molding compound as reference standard sample.
