摘要
博客是青年在网上展现自我、表达个性的一种平台。博客在给青年发展带来正效应的同时,也产生了诸多消极影响。随着中国网络的日益普及,青少年博客群体也在不断扩大。对于青年博客现象,要有清醒的认识和正确的引导,全社会应该通过制度安排和科学技术的不断完善,全方位、多层次地保护并促进青年"博客文化"的健康、持续发展。
Blog is an approach through which the youth display themselves and show their features. It has brought the youth both positive and negative effects. With the spread of Internet in China, the youth blog group is becoming increasingly large. We should understand the phenomenon with reason and guide it in a correct way. Further more, with continuously perfect insti- tution and technology, the whde society should protect and promote the youth ＂blog＂ phenomenon to develop in a healthy and sustainable way.
