构建“青字号”特色教育体系的研究与实践

The Research and Practice of Constructing "Specific Educational System"

高职院校营建办学特色,首先要深刻理解"特色"的内涵,准确把握办学特色形成的条件,科学确立特色办学的目标。对于青年干部院校来说,其行业背景和发展历史以及社会对人才的需求等,也是必须考虑的因素。要在准确定位的基础上,拿出切实可行的思路和措施,构建包括"特色课程体系"和"特色育人体系"在内的特色教育体系。

If we want to show specific features of senior professional colleges, we should deeply understand the connotation of ＂feature＂, grasp the conditions for specific education, set the aim of the education scientifically. For the colleges training youth administrators, professional background, history of development, and the requirement of talents from the society should be also included into consideration. We should put forward practical thought and measures; construct specific educational system including ＂specific course system＂ and ＂specific training system＂.
