镉胁迫对凡纳滨对虾血清中一氧化氮合成酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性的影响 被引量:14

摘要 研究了不同浓度Cd2+(0.05、0.5和5mg.L-1)对凡纳滨对虾Litopeneaus vannamei血清中的总一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,镉胁迫促使总NOS活力升高依剂量而异,中(0.5mg.L-1)、低(0.05mg.L-1)剂量组凡纳滨对虾血清中总NOS活力在24—48h显著高于对照组,而高剂量组(5mg.L-1)在12—48h血清中总NOS活力与对照组相比无显著差别;iNOS活力变化趋势与总NOS活力相似,但中、低剂量组之间iNOS活性无显著差异。镉胁迫促使凡纳滨对虾血清中SOD活力短暂升高,但高剂量在24—48h对SOD活力呈明显的抑制效应。 The effects of different doses of Cd^2+ (0.05, 0.5, 5mg ·L^-1) on the activities of total nitrogen monoxide synthetic enzyme (tNOS), induction nitrogen monoxide synthetic enzyme (iNOS) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum of Litopeneaus Vannamei are studied. The results show that the tNOS ac tivities are significantly higher in the groups at medium and low doses of Cd^2+ than in the control group within 24 48h, while there is no significant difference between the group at high dose of Cd^2+ and the control group. The change tendency of the serum iNOS activity is similar to that of the tNOS activity, and no significant difference is observed between the medium and low dose groups within 48h. The serum SOD activity increases transiently; however, significant inhibition is observed in the group at high dose of Cd^2+ compared with the control group within 24-48h.
