摘要
准确获取员工的岗位知识需求是企业有效开展岗位知识服务的首要前提.首先,给出了基于角色的访问控制(RBAC)的概念,分析了RBAC优势及在岗位知识需求分析中的适用性;然后,提出了一种基于RBAC的岗位知识需求分析方法,详细描述了其中的关键实体间的关系和需求分析流程;最后,通过一个实例说明了所提方法的可行性及其实际应用过程.
It is a chief premise to carry out post knowledge service effectively that the post knowledge requirement of employees is acquired accurately. First, the concept of Role - based Access Control is introduced (RBAC) and the advantage and applicability of RBAC in the analysis of post knowledge requirement are analyzed. Secondly, an analysis method of post knowledge requirement based on RBAC is proposed. Then the relation among key entities and the requirement analysis flow in the proposed method are described in detail. Finally, a case was studied to illuminate that the proposed method is feasible and how to be applied.
