摘要
采用高集成度的专用芯片SA866和智能功率模块PS21255开发了一种小功率通用变频器。试验和实际表明,该变频器性能好、价格低、可靠性较高。
This paper developed a low power general inverter by using the dedicated chip SA866 which is highly integrated and intelligent power module PS21255.The good preference,low price and high reliability of the general inverter can be indicated by experiments and practice.
