介绍了恶劣环境下电子设备热控制技术,从热控制的基本原理出发,对电子设备热控制技术进行了分析,电子设备热控制是产品可靠性设计的一项重要指标。它的基本任务是在热源至热沉之间提供一条低热阻的通道,保证热量迅速传递出去,以满足产品的质量。
This paper introduces the electronic equipment heat-control thchnology under harsh environment.It analyzes the technology from its principle.The technology is one important index of products＇ reliability-design,as its task is to offer a low thermoresistance tunnel,to ensure the heat rapidly transmitted and the product quality.
