本文从企业生存与发展的高度,提出了企业凝聚力形成的有效途径。企业领导在日常的管理活动中,应重视并不断增强企业凝聚力的建设。
This article provides effective ways of strengthening the cohesive force of enterprise in terms of the enterprise＇s survival and development .In the daily management, the enterprise leader should pay more attention to establishment of strengthening the cohesive force.
