图书馆要适应经济社会发展与进步,必须改革旧体制,建立新体制,建设有自己特色的复合型图书馆,同时改革传统的服务内容和服务方式,加强图书馆的现代化建设。

To conform the library to economic development and social progress ,the old system must be reform and the new one must be set up , to build its own characteristics of the compound library ,the traditional service contents and modes must be reformed and modernization of the library must be stepped up .
