摘要
对板式钢结构旋转楼梯的有限元计算进行了全面的分析,并对其与主体结构的连接节点进行了设计。板式钢结构旋转楼梯设计有四个要点:有限元模型的建立、结构内力计算、整体稳定分析以及楼梯和主体结构连接节点的构造。有限元计算结果验证了旋转楼梯设计方法的正确性,对节点处板材做适当的加强处理可以增强旋转楼梯的整体稳定性。同时说明对钢结构旋转楼梯以及类似结构体系进行有限元分析时,应选用能同时考虑几何与材料双非线性的软件进行非线性整体稳定计算。文中提供的设计实例分析为板式钢结构旋转楼梯的研究与应用提供了技术手段和参考资料。
The finite element calculation of the spiral stairs is introduced roundly, and the design of joints connecting stair and main structure is also shown in the paper. There are four key points of plate spiral stair design, and they are model building, inner force calculation, overall stability analysis and joints design between the stair and the main structure. The design feasibility of the spiral stair is ascertained by the finite element calculation results. The software considering geometric and material non-linearity should be used to calculate non-linear overall stability in the finite element analysis of the spiral stair. The research of this paper offers the theoretical and referenced data for the further study and application of the spiral stairs made of steel plate.
