J Wave,Early Repolarization and Brugada Syndrome:the Uniform Inherited Background and Mechanism

目的探讨J波、早期复极、Brugada综合征可能存在的相同的遗传背景与发生机制。方法对一Brugada综合征家系中的7个成员进行体检、胸片、心脏超声检查,并描记常规与高位右侧胸前导联心电图。结果在该家系,从常规导联至高位右侧胸前导联,存在着从J波、早期复极至Brugada综合征的连续的心电图表现类型。结论该家系从常规导联至高位右侧胸前导联存在从J波、早期复极至Brugada综合征的连续心电图表现,这或许从家系与心电图表现上说明J波、早期复极、Brugada综合征存在相同的遗传背景与发生机制。

Objective To discuss the potential and uniform inherited background in J wave,early repolarization syndrome and Brugada syndrome. Methods Seven persons from a family with 2 patients of Brugada syndrome were submitted to extensive evaluations,including history, physical examination, echocardiogram. A standard ECG was recorded in 4th, 3rd and 2nd intercostals space in right precordium in all subjects. Results There were consecutive ECG exhibition from J wave, early repolarization syndrome to Brugada syndrome at 4th, 3rd, 2nd intercostals space in right precordium in the family. The cellular and ionic mechanisms of J wave,early repolarization syndrome and Brugada syndrome were discussed. Conclusion There were consecutive ECG exhibition from J wave,early repolarization syndrome to Brugada syndrome in right precordium in the family, which maybe prompt a potential and uniform inherited background in J wave,early repolarization syndrome and Brugada syndrome.
