COX-2及nm23-H1的表达与结直肠癌转移的关系

摘要 目的探讨结直肠癌组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和肿瘤转移抑制基因H1(nm23-H1)的表达与结直肠癌转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测62例结直肠癌组织中COX-2、nm23-H1的表达水平,分析其与临床病理的关系。结果COX-2的表达与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移、Dukes分期、浸润深度均呈正相关(r分别=0.41、0.39、0.31,P<0.05或P<0.01);nm23-H1的表达与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移、Dukes分期均呈负相关(r分别=-0.48、-0.26,P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论COX-2、nm23-H1的表达与结直肠癌侵袭和转移密切相关,COX-2、nm23-H1的联合检测对结直肠癌的病理分期、预后判断及指导临床治疗具有重要的意义。 Objective To explore the relationship between expression of COX-2 and nm23-H1 and their influence on invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. Methods SP immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the expression of COX-2 and nm23-H1 in 62 cases of colorectal carcer tissue and analyze clinicopathologic relation. Results The expression of COX-2 was correlated positively to lymph node metastasis,dukes grade of carcer and depth of invasion(r= 0. 41,0. 39,0. 3t ,P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The expression of nm23-H1 was correlated negatively to lymph node metastasis,dukes grade of carcer(r=-0. 48,-0. 26, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and nm23-H1 were strongly related to the invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcer. Detection of COX-2 and nm23-H1 was significant for staging pathologically, assessing prognosis and directing clinical treatment.
