影响体育教育专业毕业生就业的因素分析

Factors Affecting the Job-hunting of the P.E. Educational Majors and Its Solution

本文通过查阅大量的文献资料和近年来体育教育专业毕业生就业情况的反馈信息,分析了影响高校体育教育专业毕业生就业面窄、就业率低等问题的诸多因素,提出了拓宽高校体育教育专业毕业生就业渠道的措施与对策,以期为最终提高其就业率提供些许参考。

Through studying considerable amount of documentary data and the feedback of the P.E. educational graduates＇ employment recently, this paper studies and analyzes the factors affecting the graduates＇ job-hunting. From perspectives of narrow scope of job choice, the low rate of employment, the author tries to explore the measures and resolutions to widen the channels of the employment and expect to provide a reference for the increase of the rate.
