微波辐射纳米La_2O_3催化合成肉豆蔻酸异丙酯的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用微波辐射技术,以纳米La_2O_3作催化剂,肉豆蔻酸和异丙醇直接酯化合成肉豆蔻酸异丙酯.探讨了微波辐射功率、辐射时间、醇酸摩尔比、催化荆用量、带水剂等对酯化反应的影响.最佳反应条件为:当肉豆蔻酸用量为0.1 mol时,醇酸摩尔比为1.5:1,催化剂用量为1.2 g,带水剂环己烷8 mL,微波功率450 W,辐射时间16 min,酯化产率可达89%以上. Isopropyl myristate is synthesized by myristic acid and isopropanol, catalyzed by nanometer La2O3 and accelerated with microwave irradiation. The effects of microwave irradiation power, reaction time, mole ratio of isopropanol to myristic acid, the amounts of catalyst and the amount of water-carrying agent on esterification reaction conversion are discussed. The experimentation results show that the esterification yield is more than 89% under the optimum preparation conditions: When the amount of myristic acid is 0.1mol, the mole ratio of isopropanol to myristic acid is 1.5 : 1, the quantity of catalyst is 1.2g, cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8mL, and the microwave irradiation time is 16min with power of 450W.
