摘要
运用问卷调查、文献资料、逻辑分析等主要方法,以鲁西北欠发达地区的体育教师(包括大学体育教师、中学体育教师、小学体育教师)为主要研究对象,在工作环境、办公设备条件,工资福利待遇,人际关系,职称晋升、进修学习等方面,调查其工作满意度现状情况.结果显示:鲁西北体育教师只是在人际关系方面满意度较高,在工作环境、工资待遇、职称晋升方面满意度比较低.
With the combination of documentary analysis, questionnaire investigation, comparative research and logic analysis,this study follows three-hundred physical education teachers (including the PE teachers in university,middle school,primary school)in less developmed areas of the northwest of Shandong Province. Based on the research of job satisfaction in working environment , office facility conditions, salaries, welfare, personal relations,job promotions and further studies , the results indicate that the satisfaction of physical education teachers about personal relations is high,but about working environment, salaries and job promotions the satisfaction is relationly low in less developed areas of the northwest of Shandong Province.
