摘要 土壤中重金属污染物的生物有效性对污染土壤的环境风险评价、环境质量标准的修订具有十分重要的意义。目前,在对土壤重金属和微量元素的生物有效性测定中,同位素示踪(稀释)技术是非常重要的手段之一,可以对土壤中污染重金属及痕量微量元素的有效性进行精确、快速的测定。本文就同位素示踪技术在测定土壤重金属及微量元素的有效性(E、L-值)原理及国内外的研究现状进行了综述。可以预料,随着同位素技术的进一步发展,利用同位素技术进行土壤中无机及有机污染物有效性的测定将在现代环境分析中得到更广泛的推广和应用。 Bioavailability of heavy metal pollutants and trace element plays an important role in environmental quality assessment, ecological remediation and modification of current soil environmental quality threshold. Isotopic dilution techniques have become a valuable tool for assessing the lability or potential availability of heavy metal and trace elements in soil and it can make a quick, accurate assessment of the bioavailability of trace elements in soil. The mechanism of E and L value determination by using isotopic dilution techniques was interpreted, and current researching progresses in bioavailability assessment of heavy metal pollutants in soil were also summarized in this paper. It was concluded that determination of bioavailability of inorganic and organic pollutants by using isotopic dilution technique will become a more and more important tool in environmental analysis in the future.
